On a regular basis, and by that I mean daily, I have tingling sensations throughout my body. I have a headache almost daily and I get the 'tremors' quite often throughout the day. Some days I have to pee 2 times an hour, others...not so much. I have that "icey-hot" feeling around my abdomen a couple times a day and my hand gets real hot temporarily then goes a way. That, unfortunately isn't everything, but enough to get my point across. My question is... is it normal to experience the same sensations day in and day out? Shouldn't they let up some? How would I know the differnce between my every day and an actual attack?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips.
