I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
After a few weeks I started remembering things after a while, but one interruption and away it went.
But most of it came back, now if I forget something, it usually comes up rather quickly. My Long Term is fine though, people don't understand how I can recall dates and times for things that happened through the years.
I read your profile and saw your career. I also was in the software/computer industry. Folks in these higher order career fields find the cognitive issues hit them hard. If there is any chance ldn can help cognitively, I'd say run to the doc for a script. I know personally how devastating this is, I'm not trying to scare you, just trying to help you prevent whatever you can. I wish you well.
I had earned a few passes or atta boys, but the awh sh*ts are adding up.
Seriously, I was able to hit all my deadlines this last year, but about 4 months ago, my boss was standing over me waiting for me to make some majic happen and all I could do was tell him: listen, I am having a problem right now, could you repeat that for the fourth time and say it a little slower and wait for me to write it down. Now he thinks everything is okay, he actually wrote in my review that I had an isolated incindent and everything has been resolved... I don't know what I will do the next time.
How do I get a script for this without a DX for MS?
And your improvement with the intention tremors? I have had this in my right hand, arm for about 35 years, getting worse every year.
The brain fog, I have attributed to allergies in the past. The fog used to lift... not so sure it is doing that anymore...Sure would be great to get some relief.
By the way, until I saw this post, I thought you were new here.
