I have extreme fatigue during the day, everyday. I almost always take a 20-30 min. nap everyday. The strange thing is that come night time I can't go to sleep so I find myself up nearly all night. I am exhausted, but my body just won't go to sleep. I have been having horrible pains in my legs and I know that has a something to do with the lack of sleep. But does anyone else have a problem going to sleep at night? I have gotten to the point where I sleep about 3 hours total at night and it's not all at once. Then I have a 20-30min. nap during the day. I know that's not enough and I am sure that it is the major factor in my fatigue, not the MS. But does anyone have any ideas that might make it a bit easier to sleep at night?
