I was thinking about starting jogging for my health, but I'm not sure if that's going to work so good. I'm scared I'll get to jogging and my legs go all willy-nilly on me and I'll fall and hurt myself. The only place to jog around here is the small paved road in front of my house. A friend of mine as offered to jog with me, so I know at least she'd be there to help me if I did fall, but, I just don't want to break any bones or anything. Any of you jog?
