Ok, so last Sunday after church we take the kids to the park because our 9 year old has been challenged to a tennis match by one of my friends. As soon as my wife is not looking (she took the 3 year old to the swings), I grab a racket and head out to play a little tennis myself. My buddy, knowing that this may not be one of my brightest ideas says, Ill just hit them to you so you dont have to move around. Of course I am hitting them back were he has to run all over the place so what does he do, he hits one where I have to actually move. Bam, down I go landing on my left hand to break my fall. Needles to say I have to act cool, cause Im a guy, and hope my wife does not look over my way. Well, now the 11 year old has to go tell mom so I have to endure the talk. Ok, now that I said all that, damn my arm still hurts and now it is bruising on my wrist, I truly think it is broken. I am going to wait a few more days to make sure, cause I am a guy, but then I will have to go to the doctor and admit that I am an idiot and that I have no reason in the world to think that I can play tennis, and admit out loud how I waited until she left before I played tennis. So now my point (question), do you think I fell because of this stupid MS or am I just clumsy?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
