I lately have had, mainly during the night time hours, continuous muscle spasms above one of my eyes. I was diagnosed with MS in 2005 after my second case of optic neuritis. Those are the only symptoms of MS I have had so far. Is this "twitching" or "muscle spasm" I am experiencing a symptom of MS and something I need to have my neurologist look at or is it simply a muscle spasm and something I can just put of? Of course there is no pain, it is just annoying. I would rather not go to the doctor, but if it is an early symptom of something that needs treated to lesson a disability later, than I don't want to let it go. Please let me know what you think. Thank you.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
