Well, i live in good ole Alabama and have all my life. To say the least i pretty much accept the heat here in the deep south as in the high 90's and hotter with the humidity ... however, since being diagnosed with MS i've noticed i can't stand being outdoors for long at all and i have started having symptoms ... burning waist down and trying to sleep is horrible, i feel like my body is on fire in spots. Is the hot weather making my symptoms come back or what? Please advise anyone that can. I have heard about this but never talk to anyone to verify.
