I just ran across this article an hour ago, and it's extremely interesting, especially the part about PPMS not revealing any visible inflammation/lesions on the MRI's, even with contrast. Any one here with PPMS should definately read this, as well as those of you who have all the symptoms of MS, but have been brushed off by your Neuro. b/c your MRI came back "normal".
