Hi everyone...just time for a quick post before Desperate Housewives starts. (My guilty pleasure is this show with a glass of good wine)
I need to find a good up to date book on MS...not too medical, it's for my husband to read. I was at Borders last night, they only had two MS books, which were:
The MS Workbook (nope, not for me)
Curing MS (alternative therapies/diet)
Being the medically inclined gal that I am, and believing strongly in technology/advances in medical science, I don't want the natural method books. I would never argue against diet/vitamin/natural therapies, but only in addition to mainline medical theory. Therefore...I'm looking for some book that might explain the basics to my numbskull (no pun intended, I am the "numbskull", ha ha ha) husband. I got an excellent book from the library, which I will post seperately, but it's more psychology. Can anyone help me out?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
PS: David played Squiggy on Laverne and Shirley........
