Hi everyone, it's been quite some time since I posted. I saw a neuro back in August who said I definitely don't have MS. My gut tells me something isn't right. I went off work back in March because I had terrible burning pain in my hands and feet, exhaustion, and generally didn't feel well. I hated my job, it was extremely stressful and the management team treats the employees like dogs. Anyway I thought maybe the stress was causing me to feel all this pain. My job was eliminated in July and honestly I was thrilled. I got a huge severance and in September I got a new job, more money and an amazing work environment. My boss is awesome and co workers are great. Anyway about two weeks ago my symptoms started to come back. My hands hurt again and my feet are starting to bother me again. I was on gabapentin but my pcp took me off of it because my heart rate and bp were extremely high. She has classified me as allergic to it. The weather here has gotten very cold and damp, the symptoms seem to have started around the time the weather changed. I'm seeing my pcp November 4 and I hope she can suggest a new med for me. If not, then I'm at a loss as to what to do. I don't want to go on sick leave, I enjoy my new job, I just want answers. I've been tested 3 times for carpal tunnel, it's been negative every time.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
