I just had a bout of vertigo about a week and a half ago. Tonight, while playing with my daughter, we were playing "time to go night night" with a pillow. (Ok, that probably sounds dumb....but she's only 18 months......) Anyway, I noticed when putting my head down to the pillow, that everything started spinning terribly. I put my head up, and it took a few minutes for things to come back into focus. Since then...I've been feeling like I did before I got my last bout of vertigo. I feel off, a bit sick to my stomach, and a little dizzy. I'm really scared that this will come back again so soon. Do you think it's just after effects of my last bout of vertigo since it wasn't so long ago??? Or do you think the vertigo will start up again and be as bad as it was last time?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
