I'm a month into Rebif therapy - dx'd in August. My neuro told me that if I hadn't opted to medicate (as, technically I'm 'probable' at this point) I would have MRI's every 3 months to check on disease progression. Since I opted to start medicating, she thinks I only need to get another MRI next summer (1xyear). I don't love the MRI experience, but don't I want something sooner? say 6 mos. to see if the Rebif is working for me? Just curious what others have been doing in this regard. Thanks. Diane

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
But I did have one on my last hospital visit last month.
Hopefully that will be my last for a while. My first episode was in 1960 & dx in 1992. Am now SPMS.
Wow...it's been a long time.
