theatre and I are there already. I'm having a very berry tea with crackers, cheese and cherry tomatoes and she's having a joint with some beer and we're both on really comfy recliners on thick pile carpet. we need some help with the decor if anyone is around??
I was wheelchair bound for two years, was on Cytoxan chemotherapy, then stopped and went into an amazing remission state where I can now walk without aid. UNBELIEVABLE but true! So there is definitely hope. Hang in there.!
I used a cane until 7/14/2005, and take it with me if we're going for long walks or geocaching, and when my left leg is just uninterested in getting with the program.
I figure I'd have been in a w/c by now, but now I hope to never be.
and just this past summer I used a cane due to my flare up.
I now keep in the car in case of a long walk for support if i need. When I go shopping even if I am only buying 1 or 2 things i take a shopping cart, Because its like having a walker and I can walk farther and feel I have support.
She said together we're like a 4 legged animal with one lame leg. Much easier holding her hand than a cane. Better balance, and more fun. Too bad she's 500 miles away :(
