theatre and I are there already. I'm having a very berry tea with crackers, cheese and cherry tomatoes and she's having a joint with some beer and we're both on really comfy recliners on thick pile carpet. we need some help with the decor if anyone is around??

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I was wheelchair bound for two years, was on Cytoxan chemotherapy, then stopped and went into an amazing remission state where I can now walk without aid. UNBELIEVABLE but true! So there is definitely hope. Hang in there.!
I used a cane until 7/14/2005, and take it with me if we're going for long walks or geocaching, and when my left leg is just uninterested in getting with the program.
I figure I'd have been in a w/c by now, but now I hope to never be.
and just this past summer I used a cane due to my flare up.
I now keep in the car in case of a long walk for support if i need.When I go shopping even if I am only buying 1 or 2 things i take a shopping cart, Because its like having a walker and I can walk farther and feel I have support.
She said together we're like a 4 legged animal with one lame leg. Much easier holding her hand than a cane. Better balance, and more fun. Too bad she's 500 miles away :(
