I've been 'suffering' hot spots & cold spots & creepy crawly spots for some time now, and it occurred 2 me this morning when i was experiencing a particularly intense hot spot on my foot, is it all just a strange sensation because my brains sending screwed up msg's or is that area of my skin actually hot?? i couldn't tell myself from the touch of my skin, so i asked my partner 2 feel both my feet and tell me of any difference. my partner was quiet shocked at how much hotter one foot was..asked me what i had done to myself !!
so i just wanna know if anyone else has asked someone 2 feel their hot/cold spots and if they could feel it or is it was just an internal feeling??

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
i used to notice it on my right knee. ended up having a cyst removed.
that was 10 years ago, before my dx.
my arms are always very warm, i only know this because friends will comment. they don't usually touch anything else!...lol
...my temp is usually around 99 all the time too.
never thought to have someone touch a hot spot tho, that is interesting.
i will tell you too, my kiddo had one warm foot and one cold foot the other day. shes not been dx'd with ms, so i'm not sure what significance this may have. course, you know what was going thru my brain....sigh...
