My husband and I took the kids horseback riding yesterday. Talk about being unbalanced...I almost fell over the saddle and right off the other side. The trainer giggled a little, "That would have been a first.", he said. I saw my neurologist last evening at soccer training and my daughter was telling him how much fun horseback riding was. He asked me if I wanted him to write me a scrip for horseback riding for balance improvement (that way I could take Emily with free of charge). I had never heard of that. Has anyone here taken horseback riding as a form of balance improvement?

I was diagnosed with Temporal Lobe Epilepsy a couple of days ago. Apparently the Deja vu and nausea episodes I have been having for the last 7 years or so are actually seizures.
