My husband and I took the kids horseback riding yesterday. Talk about being unbalanced...I almost fell over the saddle and right off the other side. The trainer giggled a little, "That would have been a first.", he said. I saw my neurologist last evening at soccer training and my daughter was telling him how much fun horseback riding was. He asked me if I wanted him to write me a scrip for horseback riding for balance improvement (that way I could take Emily with free of charge). I had never heard of that. Has anyone here taken horseback riding as a form of balance improvement?

The longest Ive been free of them was only 5 months. Im trying to find something in my life truly worth living...
I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
