Oh what a feeling to have a invisible disease well that can be invisible. Feeling like hell all the time, no energy, no hope, no future?
Yes we could all scream at times and yes we are helpless to an extent. I have learned something very important over the last few days. We are not MS and MS is not us. We define ourselves the disease does not.
Do not let this thing called MS win. Fight and take no prisoners in doing so.
Wishing you all the best.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
cant wait to come out on the other side.
