Ok, I'm going insane! I quit the gym. I'm too embarassed to go, because when I start working out now, not only does my face turn beet red, but I drip sweat sooo much my shirt is all wet and the machines get wet.. ugh. Now I have a treadmill I am putting in our new house, and I have some vidoes that I always loved. But I found that if I do anything - let's say I want to move a box from the dining room to the computer room. Ok, I did that, now I went back to the living room - and I'm sweating and I feel like I need a break. What's up with that? Just thinking about going for a walk at night makes me sleepy. I know I am going to have to start pushing myself more, but do you all have any suggestions of what you found is a good form of exercise?
Thank you! hugz!

I can count 4 times this year when I Went out of my way to make sure a "friend" felt good on their birthday, especially if they got left hanging. Its early in the...
