In the past few years, I have had increasing problems with my heart (Although it comes and goes). I am 40, an appropriate weight, eat healthy, exercise regularly, don't have good cholestoral levels and normal blood pressure. My heart starts to race and skips beats and I feel short of breath. Recently I had an episode which was very scary. I had these symptoms to a more extreme extent and I started to shiver uncontollably. It seemed like the symptoms of a panic attack, however, I have less stress in my life than I probably ever have. I was diagnosed with MS many years ago. I don't get it! I have noticed that my heart hasn't been the same since I had one of those "pseudo heart attacks" from Copaxone. I realize that it may have nothing to do with Copaxone, but I wonder. I haven't been on Copaxone for quite some time now. Has anyone experienced anything similar. I haven't gotten any answers from doctors yet. I have noticed that my electolye balance seems to have something to do with it, but I don't know why my body is so sensitive right now. I have been struggling with this for about 3 weeks, off and on. Any insights would be much appreciated.

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
