I've been having a "relapse" for about 2 months now. All the nunmbness has gone away except in my hands. But when I bend my head down I get a "buzzing" that goes from my lower back up my spine. And if I keep bending my head down, it gets into my legs. After awhile it feels like I have a knot in my lower back and it is more work to walk. None of it is painful, just anoying. My Neuro gave it a name but I forgot what he said. Anyone know how to fix it? Can't take steroids, my Neuro is against them. Says they harm you more in the long run.
