Not having researched this very much and only knowing a few isolated facts I would say that any time a drug is out on the market and if they are doing what they are suppose to be doing they need to report what is happening to patients that are on the drug. The problem is that this goes for people who are taking this drug at hight doses and who have something like AIDS or some other disease and may or may not be on a host of other drugs also. Then they let statistics take over and compare the general population to the number of incidents of the problem and extract a likely to not so likely probablility that the drug can cause the problem. It is all in the numbers but not necessarily with all factors considered. That is currently about the best that they can do and it is up to you and your medical team to figure out where the best outcome lies for you.

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
