I fell just then and it was because of this stinking MS! I just happened to lean the wrong way when I was walking and I kept going that way, but down. I fell over my coffee table. I thought it would hurt more than that. I haven't fell over anything in a while! Anyway, I ended up sitting in the floor. My daughter started crying right away and came to me. I was so busy telling her I was okay that I guess I somehow convinced myself that I was okay, too. Kind of hurting here and there, but I'm okay! How many of you have fallen? How many times? How bad were the falls? I can't remember how many times I've fell, but not many. The only one that hurt bad was when I fell on my butt on the front porch steps. Ever since then, my back's hurt worse than usual.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Honestly, I drove myself to the hx and told my partner to fix the toilet while I was gone (back crap needed replaced; it sat in the bathroom for a month UNTIL I broke my hand. As long as he had an excuse not to go to the hospital, he would have manufactured GOLD--wish I had asked for that LOL).
It's all good. I try to fall on my well padded behind, but if I don't, I usually rebound so quickly, I don't give it a thought. Save for the barameter hand that always tells me when it is going to rain... LOL xo Cj
What else can you do but laugh.
But I stumble and fall a lot. I should use my chair or cane in the house. But I fall with the cane also, I did that in the video store....

But the worse one was when I worked at the Vocational Rehab. I walked over an icy spot outside and lost my balance and fell flat on my a--! You'd think that out of all the people standing outside (about 50 people) that someone would come help me up, but instead, they all laughed at me! What jerks they were! Finally one lady came and helped me up. ONE... out of about 50!!!!
