I was reading the discussion about viruses and wondered: does anyone get the flu shot? Does it trigger relapse?
The flu shots most widely available have thimerosal (a compound that contains mercury and attributed to many bad side effects) in them, so I have never had a flu shot.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I haven't even had a cold since 2003, and no flu shot in 47 years.
thanks!
I have decided not to get a flu shot, and instead I eat healthy foods, exercise, drink tons of water, and wash my hands all the time.
