I am taking Rebif and it has been almost 5 months now. I noticed that for about a week and a half, I have had a runny nose and sore throat every day. They get worse in the mornings after the injection day. I spoke with my primary doctor and he said it may be a "flu-like symptom" side effect. Has anyone else gotten this before???? Thanks for your help and have a blessed day!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I am not on Rebif but, I am on Copaxone. I had some flu like syptoms after I changed my injectiontime. Did you change anything with your routine? That may be the side effects. Just a thought,
Doug
