OK, last topic starter for me today....but has anyone ever had their fingers or toes just start twitching. It happens mostly when I am resting and most of the time it is my fingers, but sometimes my toes. My finger will just fly up and thump down. It happens on both hands and any given finger. Last night I was laying in the bed and had my hand above my head and my pinky thumped me in the head. Anybody else?

This happens to me, not quite so aggressively, every once in a while. I find it amusing. If it bothers you, talk to your neuro.

Finger twitching is the only symptom that has never gone away for me. It flares at times and is pretty annoying but I try to keep my hands busy or keep my hands clenched. My doctor had talked about Tizanidine but I didn't opt to try it.

Yes I get it quite often.Normally my fingers or thumb. I find if I drink too muck alcohol this brings it on.

I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
