I wanted you to share your experience with the fatigue and any treatment your provider has given you...this is something ive worked with our Neuro docs on in my MS patients. I know there are many causes of fatigue in MS patients including sleep deprivation from spasms, urinary issues, depression but for the Primary MS fatigue (worsens throughout the day even with enough sleep) there is actually some FAIR data on using Provigil, Ritalin (which i dont love prescribing in adults) and the SSRIs/antidepressants for it...what has your experience been?
