I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I just started with blurry vision and eyeball numbness too. Eye MD said I have dry eye, so drops 6 times a day and I also have Blepharitis, the oil glands we all have in both upper and lower eyelids are not producing enough oil, mine are more like crisco, so i put warm heat 2x a day 1x in the morn and 1x in the evening. It works wonders. But still when I put in the drops I feel it cold in left eye and barely anything in the numb eye. What the heck else can be added, I don't mean to laugh, but some days I just have to laugh, it's like ok what now....I mean a numb eyeball for me? Geeze...anyway, that's what they are doing for me. They did say get an MRI to make sure but they didn't see anything on the retina (lesion) but the nerve can affect the muscle in that eye, a sort temp misfire. I am laughing at myself, people come in and Im laying with a big rice thing on my eyes and they just say dear God what now, and I laugh. It has worked wonders though! Good luck. I hope it isn';t the MS but just this other stuff, why not add another chronic illness to my list...oh well, what can I say....
