I am just curious as to how many people have a daily exercise routine or some kind of exercise ritual that seems to help your MS? What do you do and for how long? I need to establish a routine but not sure if I can keep up the taebo pace or if I should do something milder....thanks for any info you give.

I just joined INBALANCE CLASS I go 2 Sat a month sponsered by MS Foundation they use Theraband and starps and focus on stretching legs/hips and arms. Next class we will learn to use a swiss ball for balance.

my doc told me to throw all the formal training stuff out the window and start slow. stationary bike or walk, do it a comfortable pace and build from there.
I try to do treadmill and weights most days and if I go daily I do swimming on alternate days
