Has anyone found a way to work with the tiredness that comes after the excercise. Im having a hard time doing anything weight or walking. im good for one mile, but then i come home and crash. i have tried to "build up" persay, but im finding it doesn't work that way with MS. any suggestions on any kind of excercise to try would be greatly appriciated. Hince the weight gain question. I have tried the swimming and it doesn't work for me at all. when i stand on the ground afterwards i have wobble legs. my biggest problem is i don't sweat a lot anymore.
