I go for my tap on Monday. Really nervous about it. I've had several epidurals in the past. The last one they had a hard time getting the needle in and then it leaked really bad and had to be removed right away.
I spoke to a OR nurse today and she said the anasteologist (sp) aka sleep DR said he would order me something to relax TOTALLY!
Anyone ever had something to relax and what was it? I am really hoping for Vercette than I really won't know whats going on.
The other interesting thing she said was I would be spending the day in the hospital. Only being allowed to go home sometime that night. Being on my back at home the next day also. 1 complete week of rest with no lifting and off my feet as much as possible. Concerns me. Possibly from the complications I have had with different procedures in the past. Not sure.
Any advice would help. Thanks ~ Suzi
