Does anyone out there ever feeling GOOD??? I get so scared because all I hear is people feeling bad! I wonder how do you know when your attack is over because the Nero told me you may stay with numbness in some areas is this true??

theatre and I are there already. I'm having a very berry tea with crackers, cheese and cherry tomatoes and she's having a joint with some beer and we're both on really comfy recliners on thick pile carpet. we need some help with the decor if anyone is around??

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
My MS has never completely gone away. Always something that hangs on.
anyways some ppl go back to normal or almost normal after a relapse some still have some of it left, and others still have the symptoms. It really sucks.

I can tell my family but they just don't understand.
When something difficult comes about, expressing it helps to get it out of me though. It is a way of coping.
I hope that your gratitude list is longer than your complaint "list"!
Learning empathy is on my gratitude list. It is a good quality to learn.
At the moment I love life and have gotten rid of anything that does not work for me.
Today I am happy, content, living life as best as I can. I have more good days than bad. If I'm have a bad day, I think where I was and knowing it could be much worse.
What will happen in the future no one knows so live for today not in the past.
