I was heading to a meeting and I got an overwhelming sense of despair. It is hard to describe the feeling. It's like beyond depression. I got back to my desk and if I didn't start typing about this feeling I would have to jump out of the window that is across from me. I have always prided myself on keeping up beat despite my circumstances. I am lucky in so many aspects of my life, but these feelings of hopelessness and despair just won't go away. Does anyone else get these feelings? who am i kidding, of course you do. How do you deal with it? It's horrible. Please help me.
