HI.
I'VE BEEN DXED WITH DEPRESSION & ANXIETY FOR 25 YRS.BESIDES 15 FOR THE MS.
I HAVE CHANGED MED'S SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE YEARS.DOES ANYBODY FEEL THIS WAY EVEN WITH MEDICATION.
I TAKE CELEXA,WELBRUTIN & VALIUM.THEY'RE WORKING AS GOOD AS ANY OTHER'S.NO REAL CRISIS.
ALOT OF THE TIME I JUST WANT TO GO IN BED AND BE BY MYSELF.I GET MY FEELING'S HURT EASY.
WHEN THING'S COME UP WITH FAMILY OR FRIEND'S I JUST GO INTO A COMPLETE FRENZY.
I ALWAYS TRY TO BE POSITIVE AND HAVE A SENSE OF HUMOR.WHICH HELP'S ALOT OF THE TIME.I JUST WALK AROUND SPENDING MOST OF MY DAY'S IN DOOM & GLOOM.
I'M TOO TIRED TO START THERAPY AGAIN.MAYBE THAT SOUND'S DUMB.
DOES ANYONE FEEL THIS WAY OR HAVE SOME ADVICE OR EVEN THEIR STORY TO SHARE.I'M OPEN TO ANYTHING.

I know how you feel. I am bipolar, have been forever. My meds have been changed many times because they just seem to stop working. As with any of the meds I still get depressed but I only think of suicide and don't act on it. I also try to put on a nice face and think possitive but sometimes the mask comes down and you let the depression take you. I have found that working out seems to help me. When I first start a workout I am thinking of all the bad things and sometimes crying but after a while I am just thinking about the workout. It also helps to keep me strong. Take care Gail

i work 3 day's a week.it's terrible.i don't even want to go.then if i stay home all day i'll go crazy.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
