I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
i think it's healthy to get that all out so i can move on
It could also be depression. Even if you don't really feel sad...if it continues, and you don't feel engaged in life, talk to your neuro. -Jen

I think a lot of it is the grieving process, the knowledge what this disease CAN do and you're trying to deal with it.

and have your hubby read this it might help him to understand a little more.
and maybe he could join the community also ...
But give your hubby a break too. He is a guy and they think they should be able to fix things. When they can't they get real frustrated too. Agree to disagree on the issue and find another time place and way to be intimate with each other. Good luck.
Sometimes tears are very cleaning, releases pent up toxins.
Try to hold them back, you can get migraines, get some bounty and let 'em flow ;)
Can't throw up either.
Don't feel pain either. Dropped a huge fan on the arch of my foot yesterday. Hollered because I knew it should hurt! Just a bruise.
We grieve everyday for some moment or two. Who really care why? It helps us deal.
