theatre and I are there already. I'm having a very berry tea with crackers, cheese and cherry tomatoes and she's having a joint with some beer and we're both on really comfy recliners on thick pile carpet. we need some help with the decor if anyone is around??

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Hungry and awake. But it helped me walk normal, wish I could take them all the time (but I know that is a no no)

Oral prednisone definitely messed up my sleep. It felt something like 5 or 10 cups of coffee. Jitters and all. I could feel that everyone, absolutely everyone annoyed me. I just hid from everyone as best I could for a couple of days and did not answer the phone. The IV dose is probably more potent. Good luck!
Good luck and God Bless - Rana'
I have been on steroids countless times, and the first time was the hardest because my body wasn't used to it.
So don't worry, you will get used to being on steroids. The only down side is weight gain, but that is only a temporary thing that goes away as soon as you stop taking the roids.
Best of luck to you!
Take care,
Cindy
A friend of mine blew up so much he looked like he was wearing one of those Hollywood fat suits. It was unreal.
Another friend gained and never lost.
I don't think I've met anyone who's lost the weight they suddenly gained. But I've only met a handful of people.
except I gained 15 pounds in less than a month.and till this date has not come off,I agree with Larry.I also had a friend that blew up, that was in a rehabilation center to learn to walk again because of steroids. But everyone reacts different to steroids,I ve seen some good they have done for people, Steroids just are not for me.
Be well and good luck, Melinda
I also lost the weight within a month after comeing off of them. so I really dont think the weight is going to be an issue for me. they also helped very well with my attack back in aug. so Im looking for the same experience this time hopefully.
thank you,
