I have been on Copaxone for over 2 years and have tried many combinations of warm and cold before and after shots...The nurses there seem to give conflicting advice....I was told before to apply warm cloths before and after the shot so it gets into blood stream faster...now, they are saying todo warm first, then. cold right after...And, don't massage right away but do massage the area the next day...the nurse said that you don't want the areas to get hard and tough etc........does it change over time as to the best method??what has worked best for people in ths MS community????let me know...firsthand knowledge is always a great thing! thanks!!!
