For the past 6 months I've had constant pain in my feet. I have difficulty walking any distance. The longer I walk, The more intense the pain becomes. 3 weeks ago I had a relapse and the pain was horrible. I started to have bladder problems. I was diagnosed 1 year ago with remitting and I think It may now be getting progressive. Does anyone have constant on-going pain, and if so what kind of MS is it ?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...

also have planter factious..(cant spell that one) and tendon and ligament damage...
now i wear a day splint on the right foot and nite splint on right foot... pain is mainly gone unless i were to walk great distances....like that were ever going to happen...grin...
but the splints are a godsend... and realitively inexpensive...i think 175 for both...and remember that is canadian...grin...
left foot is in air walking cast right now...so it feels okay so far...grin... but im hoping the fractue in it will heal with the cast...
perhaps a visit to a foot dr. may help...???
