Uggghhh, I can't take this anymore! It's like my body can't make up it's mind. I wake up feeling like A**, headache, body aches, tired, and sinus issues. Then after several hours it starts to go away! So, then I think, ok whatever is comiing has left, but then several hours later it comes back. My family laughs at me cuz they think I'm kidding around when I say I'm getting sick. I don't have allergies to anything in particular. If that were the case the symptoms wouldn't go away if I'm in the same enviroment. But This happens in my home throughout the day (anywhere really). I also noticed the numbness, tingling and itchy feelings are present when I feel the cold symptoms.
Can anyone relate?? I'm about to trade myself in for a more reliable model..lol

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
dust mites? could they trigger it? We vacuum, our floors and beds, and wash our pillow and bedding regularly. Um, could be just about anything I am just brain storming, trying to give u ideas.
