Is it possible to have cognitive problems related to MS without having a lesion in the brain? I've been feeling "foggy" lately, but last MRI I had showed no lesions in the brain. Yesterday at work, I was counting out change to a customer and literally forgot what I was doing. Needless to say, that guy thought I was an idiot! Also, I'm wondering how often everyone gets an MRI. I haven't had one since August, but my new neurologist does not feel I need a new one. Since I've had a flare up with new symptoms, shouldn't I get one?

I was diagnosed with Temporal Lobe Epilepsy a couple of days ago. Apparently the Deja vu and nausea episodes I have been having for the last 7 years or so are actually seizures.
