The first one I just did today it is with the Multiple Sclerosis genetic susceptibility project with ucsf. I went and donated 5 vials of blood.
Its research study dedicated to finding the underlying genetic causes of MS.

The other clinical is a 6 mo one and it involves resistance training and MS. You go to a health club and work out twice a week and you can add pilates too if you want one day a week.
You work out on the circuit and another time lift ight weights and its to help with balance, gait, cognition and helping with just getting out.
at the beginning, 3mo and 6mo you give blood and do a couple hours of testing with my neuro and the clinical ....
Its fun and I think I am doing better, but sometimes in pain but its worth it.
I feel that the more each of us can do to try and get more information cure or cause, is for the good of all.
This incurable progressive disease needs help.
As well, advocacy.
I personally send emails when I read inline about medical MJ and laws, I will send my support for the god given herb that the big drug companies cannot profit from.
We all need to band together and do all we can and pay it forward... To try and find a cure!!!
You can set up google news about Multiple sclerosis and get daily updates of news on MS.
