Is it just me or does anyone else experience bad problems after eating chocolate....I hadn't taken my copaxone in a few days and I am out of my LDN and NOW I indulge in a reese's peanut butter cup and a chocolate chip cookie and I start having breathing probs....I was having breathing problems before but just didn't connect it with the chocolate....anyone have this problem or it is just me? I am bawling because I can only eat a slight serving of chocolate if at all....Please help and does anyone have any experiences with other foods (i.e. ice cream, milkshakes or regular food, etc.)...THANKS FOR THE ADVICE!!!!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
almost killed me a few times. 1998 was a classic MS case, didn't know I was having it. Found out after the DX that chocolate has triggered most all my allergy related attacks.

About six months ago the gastro doc put me on amitriptilyne, and it seems that is allowing me to drink more coffee...never gave it up. Now I sneak a little chocholate every now and then and the degree of hurt is less.
