Over the last two months, vision has become more blurred and colors seem \"more intense\". Letters seem to change when I \"look back\" at them a few seconds later. Results at the opthamalogist confirm optic nerve damage as well as optic neuritis. Baseline visual fields done. Started on Alrex, one drop, four times daily, to help with inflammation. Was told to immediately call opthamalogist and get to office when black field appears to receive IV steriods to help to slow down continued optic nerve damage. Anyone having any experiences or advice to share?
