I have been having some bladder issues. My UA came back clean so I have to have an ultrasound next week with a full bladder and then post void. My neurologist said that if my bladder is not emptying properly she will want me to self cath. Does this seem a little drastic to anyone else? Isn't there something else I can do to help myself. The bladder problems are always worse when I am having a relapse. I am only 23, I am not even considering self cath as an option.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
