The past several nights I've been waking up to my limbs severely jerking @ night and last night my head & arms kept "tremoring" like someone with Parkinson's. NOW THAT REALLY FREAKED ME OUT PEOPLE!! 8( So I asked my Fr. today to please prescribe me something to help me sleep better because for the past 2 nights, I haven't been able to. Don't know yet what she called in. I took a "phenergan" pill around 4:00 a.m. because the intense pain & burning in my neck and shoulder from my "tremors" was really making me nauseaous. Needless to say it knocked me out until ~ 2:00 p.m. Also, I had noticed my neck "on fire" before I went to bed. That sx must have been directly related to my "tremors." Does this happen to anyone here??
