Anyone interested in managing MS naturally?

Hi! My name is Teriann. I have had MS for about 10 years now. I used to have a relapse about once a year. I was pregnant with my daughter in 2004 and had to go off of the Rebif, Zoloft and Amantadine I was taking and in the interim, I found a natural way of managing my symptoms and have never went back on the meds and have not had a relapse since. My last relapse was November of 2003. I am very excited to share what I am doing with everyone who is affected by this scary unpredictable disease. My story is too long to type it into the message field here, but I really want to share my experience with anyone who is interested in finding different ways of dealing with this. Please message me if you want to know more about how I am managing this naturally.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I am also interested in natural ways of managing MS. Looking forard to hearing from you!
