Anyone ever get "goose bumps" for no rea

deleted_user
Just curious, I get goose bumps for no reason. I am not cold, hot, scared or whatever really causes goose bumps but lately I get them on my scalp, a spot on my legs or arms and it is not like what you get when you are cold...those all over goose bumps.
Also, along the same line...ever get a "numb" spot in your neck around the base of your neck? I do at times tho' not often but have not been to neuro for sometime and is only lasts moments.
Thanks everyone...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I'm not dx'ed , but this is something that plagues me almost daily. I told my doc about it, but he didn't seem concerned. I did however read with MS it is common to get the chills even when you're not cold. The numb spots are also a classic sign.
Hope it improves for you soon! - Sunny
