I have suffered with left sided migraines for 12 years, (since the birth of my first born) I usually get them about once a month, or sometimes if I am lucky I will go 2 months or so without one, but then on a bad month, it may happen twice. So I have not been able to find out what "triggers" them. I am on my way to my 100% MS diagnoses, although I am pretty much convinced that is what I have. These epsisodes last about a day and a half. Percocet is my drug of choice. My recent brain MRI shows greater than 9 lesions. My spine/neck MRI shows none. I look back over these many years, and think.....was this MS all this time? I have read that headaches are a possible MS symptom. All I know is they are awful, had one start yesterday, it made me violently ill, with nausea and all. They will even sometimes cause some ever so slight numbness on my face on the left side. Very weird, but I suppose that is MS!! My MRI report says that my largest lesion is found on my left side, measuring approx. 2.5 CM. I compared that to a ruler, and it is an inch. Seems pretty big to me, although I am sure there are larger ones out there. Hope someone can offer me some info on this topic. Thanks!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
