Would like to know the amount of hours of sleep you get and the intensity or level of MS that you suffer from. I get nine hours of sleep each night and my health is as if I do not have MS at all. I am on no meds whatsoever. But ,then, I am only a few years into this illness. Just wondering how/if amount of sleep has any impact on one's condition regarding MS. Would also like to know if you are on any of the meds for MS.
