I am new to all of this. I was told two days ago that I have MS. I have been having terrible pain in my feet. Not burning pain like I have read about, but like my feet are being crushed. It is the worse pain ever. It useally is in my left foot, and occasionally in both. But mostly in the left. The pain increases to my ankles and calf. I have spams and they are painful, but nothing like this. I am scared of what this is leading too. I am a nurse and work on my feet all day. And I am worried about falling, or tripping, can bare the pain. Does anyone have this problem, not burning, just crushing pain in the bottom of your feet. And if so, do you have any suggestions for the pain that does not require medication??

I'm interested to know how others...
