I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
they can also give u websites to look at ;)

The story goes that his daughter had a friend going rapidly downhill with MS, she wondered if MS were an auto immune disease, would it help her. So she was the first MS guinea pig.
She went from having attacks to no attacks. Was 17 years when I first heard it, so must be 21-22 years now.
In 2000, Dr. Gluck, a childhood friend of Dr. Bihari, had a son who was a webdesigner. They designed http://www.ldninfo.org , and the rest, as they say, is history.
LDN Will go down in history as the most important medical breakthrough since penicillin.
That's Dr. Skip's quote.
I just wish I'd have found it even just 1 year sooner, before the attack that left for dead. 10 attacks in 11 years through 3/02. None since 4/17/03 when I started LDN. I was starting to flare in March, I couldn't leave home without bathroom hopping, 20 minute jumps. I was ready to die. So LDN literally gave me back a life. Took me a while to realizes who's.
http://www.larrygc.com/mystory is my 1661 day growing story.
:)
I hope this helps
