I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
can i make copaxone??
I'll even share a message about the LDN Conference he posted today:

Wow! The folks we met were just incredible. The list is way to long and my brain is short of ram right now. Brenda and her mom, my new sweetheart, did a wonderful job. May God bless and hold them near. There were all sorts of folks there, with one common idea, get the word on LDN out. We sat with a dozen or so people Friday nite, it was like an old time revival meeting. The same story, ran across LDN, started taking it and felt better. On Saturday, during the breaks I met more and more people, same story. Incredibly there were 10 to 15 docs who came up to me and chatted about their experience with LDN.
I propose that if the FDA ever takes away our rights to get this drug that all the people who needed ambulatory assistance prior to starting on LDN, and now don't, take their wheelchairs, scooters, and walkers to the FDA headquarters and leave them out front. I know that 6 people were chair bound who are able to walk around. now. We heard first hand stories of cancer patients, hep c patients, fibromyalgia/chronic fatigue patients. Doc Crowley, he is the guy whose picture is next to old time doc in the dictionary, reported on 50 of his own patients. The majority were helped. Folks it goes on and on and on. I am sure that the DVD will have the flavor of what this one day was all about. Let me say that the karma was as positive as I have ever experienced and I went to Woodstock.
Now the work begins. All of us involved must become more involved. Flap those lips to anyone who will listen. Send out news accounts to all your sources. Talk it up folks. I hear rumors that next year is going to be in California. Maybe you left coast people can come. I know that I will be there!
